If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy designed to make your experience as smooth as possible.

  1. Products:

    1. Return Period: 14 days from the day of purchase day.

    2. Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee on all our software products purchased within the return period. If you are unsatisfied with the product within the return period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

    3. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and not have been activated or registered. If the product has been activated or registered, it will not be eligible for a refund.

    4. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team via email at or through our customer support portal. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

    5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

    6. Shipping Cost: A return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

  2. Development Services:

    1. Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a software/hardware development project before it has started or during the initial stages (M0 or Milestone 0), you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.

    2. No Refunds After Project Initiation: We do not offer refunds once the development project has been initiated and significant work has been completed. However, we will work closely with the customer to address concerns and ensure the project meets your requirements.

    3. Hardware prototype return (if applicable): Customer response for all returning shipping costs for hardware equipment/parts/prototype devices.


  3. Special Refund

    1. In some cases, if we cannot continue fulfill the job, all customer-released milestones will not be refunded.

    2. If we cannot continue to fulfill the job, the current unfinished milestone will be free, and we will deliver all unfinished prototypes/source code to the customer without extra charge.
