Return Period: 14 days from the day of purchase day.
Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee on all our software products purchased within the return period. If you are unsatisfied with the software within the return period of purchase, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance.
Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the software product must be in its original condition and not have been activated or registered. If the product has been activated or registered, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please get in touch with our customer support team via email at email@example.com or through our customer support portal. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a software development project before it has started or during the initial stages (M0 or Milestone 0), you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.
No Refunds After Project Initiation: We do not offer refunds once a software development project has been initiated and significant work has been completed. However, we will work closely with the customer to address concerns and ensure the project meets your requirements.
Hardware Development Services:
Return Eligibility: Hardware development services are subject to the terms of service specified in the contract between ARKSOFT Inc. and the client.
Any return or refund requests related to hardware development services will be handled in accordance with the contract terms.
